海南通利船务有限公司是由交通运输部直属机关工会控股，按照现代企业制度设立和管理的航运企业，还有一艘油品运输船及多艘散货船，主要从事国内沿海、长江中下游各港间的国内原油运输，国际船舶危险品运输，船舶货物运输、代理及其他相关业务；现任交通运输部工会主席董海安同志担任公司法定代表人。

  自1993年成立以来，通利人按照“扎实有效抓安全，深入挖潜创效益，科学规范搞管理，稳步持续谋发展，内外协调求和谐”的总体建设思路，秉承“阳光经营，合法经营，真诚合作，携手共赢”的理念，发挥自身优势，实现了公司稳健发展。

   公司注重人力资源建设，主要管理人员有多年远洋公司工作经历和丰富的船舶管理经验；公司注重加强安全管理，于2005年取得国内DOC证书，2008年取得国内船舶服务业（船舶管理）资质。

Events of Hainan Tongli Shipping Co., Ltd.

  Hainan Tongli Shipping Co., Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a shipping company, which is controlled by the trade union of Ministry of Transport, and in accordance with the establishment and management of the modern enterprise system. Now the Company have one oil product transportation ship and several bulk cargo ship, which is mainly engaged in domestic coastal, the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River oil transportation, international ship carriage of dangerous goods transportation, cargo transportation, agent and other related business; the current Chairman of trade union of Ministry of Transport DONG Anhai is now acted as the legal representative of the Company.

  Since the Company established in 1993, the whole staff of the Company were in accordance with the overall construction thought of “managing work safety solidly and effectively, creating benefit tapping deeply, administrating scientifically and regularly, developing stably and persistently, seeking harmony by keeping internal & external coordination”, adhering to the concept of “sunshine operation, lawful operation, sincerely cooperation, join hands to make win-win development”, make full use of its advantages, and achieve the Company developed steady.

  The Company has paid attention to human resource construction, the majority managers have many years work experiences in ocean shipping companies and all have lavish shipping management experiences; the Company regarded to enforce management on work safety, it was obtained the domestic DOC Certificate in 2005, and obtained the domestic shipping service industry (shipping management) qualification in 2008.

  The Company joined in Oil Ports Branch of China Ports & Harbours Association in June of 2007, and undertaken the third council meeting of the 7^th period of Oil Ports Association in Sanya City in June of the same year, which have totally including 22 council units, and more than 50 persons attended.
